The Division of Urology in the Department of Surgery, McMaster University, invites applications for a full-time faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Contractually-Limited Appointment Category for a three-year period to commence July 1, 2025.

The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral degree in Health Professional Education or Health Research Methodology and will allocate approximately 70% of their time to spearheading their own research program. This program will be in harmony with the educational objectives of the Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery. Additionally, 20% of their time will be devoted to educational activities. They will also serve as a research and methodology consultant on urology educational/clinical research projects, and mentor and supervise faculty and students in educational scholarship. The remaining 10% percent of their time will be dedicated to administrative or committee responsibilities.
